John Edwards is an Internet Executive with over 20 years of experience designing and deploying commercially successful products and services for Fortune 100 companies and web-based startups. As either Director, Programming Director, or Director of Portals & ISP for AOL/Time Warner he oversaw online content programming and publishing, product development, advertising & promotion, user-interface design, business development, and contract management for several of its leading online brands including Netscape, CompuServe, AOL Instant Messenger, and private label portals for Walmart, Apple, and HP/Compaq. In addition, brands he partnered and integrated with include CNN.com, Time.com, Sports Illustrated, The Weather Channel, Associated Press, Reuters, Dell, and IBM. Additional expertise includes Internet startups, including company formation, funding and launch. Mr. Edwards recently founded ListAfterList.com, a popular online list-creation site. He holds both a B.S. in Marketing and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from The Ohio State University. Mr. Edwards is an active angel investor in the Midwest and currently is a consultant concentrating on internet media product development and business plan development.

Heather McKenzie is a principal of 5Point Ventures and brings almost 20 years of experience working for CompuServe, Netscape, and AOL/TW in a variety of disciplines including VP of Content Programming and Design and VP of Interactive Media Solutions. She is currently SVP of Consumer Experience for a wireless startup Mobile Posse. Ms. McKenzie earned her B.S. in Marketing from The Ohio State University and has an EMBA from Ohio University. Ms. McKenzie is a docent, active with the Columbus Zoo and an avid world traveler.

Rick Blair is a principal of 5Point Ventures and brings almost 30 years of entrepreneurial media, publishing, business development and electronic media startup experience. While at AOL he was VP of Sales and Marketing, VP of Operations & Business Development, and VP of New Enterprises. Before that he was VP of Sales and Marketing and VP of Content Management at Picture Network International. At Knight Ridder he was President of Presslink, SVP of Runways Magazine, and VP/CFO of the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer newspaper. He holds a B.S.B.A in from The Ohio State University College of Administrative Sciences in Accounting, where he graduated first in his class. Mr. Blair is also an active investor and consultant concentrating on internet media product development, business plan development, sales planning and new business launches.

David Evans is a principal of 5Point Ventures and has over 24 years of technical experience in leading publishing technologies, digital imaging, and e-commerce initiatives. While David was CTO at Ritz Interactive their annual online sales grew from $0 to $90mm in just six short years. David is also a co-founder of Finite Matters which created “PatternStream”, a revolutionary database publishing application used to automate the publishing of catalogs, manuals, financial reports, budgets, and directories etc. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY.
